Grants Data

Bòrd na Gàidhlig is committed to transparency and we work with 360Giving to publish information about grants that we award.

Using the 360Giving data standard, our awarded grants since 2016/17 are available in OpenDocument Spreadsheet format below and the data can be explored through the GrantNav website here or via the widget at the bottom of the page.

This data includes grants made through schemes funded in full or in part by Bòrd na Gàidhlig, including: the Gaelic Communities Fund run by Community Land Scotland, Small Grants Fund run by Seachdain na Gàidhlig 2023 and 2024, Gaelic Arts Fund run by Fèisean nan Gàidheal from 2023/24 onwards.

The data excludes grants that were awarded where the project did not go ahead or all funding was returned to Bòrd na Gàidhlig.

For information, due to data protection reasons this data does not include some grants made to individuals, such as through our Education Grants scheme.
